Mobile Drying
Quick and flexible drying
It is desirable to quickly aerate and dry treated seed and pellets. Small quantities can be collected in bins for this purpose and quickly transported to a drying installation. Agratechniek offers the option to ventilate the product directly in the bins and subsequently dry it, with or without dried air; a drying installation with mobile bin aerators.
These mobile bin aerators are paired with a drying installation in which the product is automatically dried to the desired moisture content using heated and optionally dried air.

A bin aerator is equipped with 1 or 2 fans.
After drying, the bin can be easily emptied.
Each bin dryer is equipped with a small high-pressure fan. This fan offers both manual and automatic control options;
- For immediate aeration, the bin dryer can be connected directly to the power supply via a plug, allowing the air volume to be adjusted using a rotary knob.
- The bin dryer can then be connected to the drying system. Power supply and control are then managed via a central control cabinet with the ABC drying processor. The product is dried automatically.

This opening in the tank aerator connects to the air outlet of the drying system. This outlet is equipped with a heater. The process air is heated here to the desired temperature.
Outside air and/or dried air is automatically drawn in via ducts and vents. The moist air can be discharged to the outside through the hood. Dry air is drawn back in.

The bin aerators can be supplied in various sizes. Depending on the application, the bottom of the bin is fitted with a perforated plate or an open grate. Always covered with stainless steel mesh.
