Conveyor for filling boxes
Thanks to this conveyor belt with tilting yokes at both ends, the product can fall underneath and damage inside the boxes is contained. The box at the end of the conveyor starts tilted against the belt, creating a minimal drop height. During filling, the box descends automatically, ensuring the drop height remains minimal at all times. Two versions are available:
Semi-automatic:
The conveyor belt is manually pushed into the tilted empty box and must also be moved manually to fill the box evenly.
Once the box is filled, the belt stops and must be manually pushed into the 2nd box.
Fully automatic:
After starting, the conveyor belt automatically slides into the 1st box.
During descent, the belt slides to the end of the 1st box and automatically slides back to the beginning of the box when filling.
This ensures the 1st box is completely filled from end to beginning, and the belt slides directly into the 2nd (tilted) box. For filling boxes at processing machines (such as sorting), we supply tilting supports to catch the product directly in boxes without damage. The boxes lower automatically during filling.
