Tippers

A tipper facilitates the emptying of crates and bins containing agricultural products. The device increases efficiency, reduces physical strain, and is indispensable for modern farms and processing facilities.

Tipper Base Model

With this basic tilter model, crates can be emptied quickly and safely into a dosing hopper or onto a dosing belt. The crate tilts sufficiently to ensure it is completely emptied.

Operation can be performed at the tilter’s control panel using a separate remote control unit or from the forklift. It is recommended to refill the hopper while it is not yet completely empty.

Suitable for all (common) box sizes.

Tilter with Dosing Valve

To limit the drop height of the product at the start of the tilting process, the tipper can be equipped with a dosing valve. Once the box has been fully tilted, the valve can be opened gradually. In this way, the product is dispensed into the bunker or onto the conveyor belt with a minimal drop height. Thanks to the dosing valve, damage to the product is prevented.

It is recommended to refill the bunker before it is completely empty. Suitable for all (common) box sizes.

Tilter with Extendable Dosing

With this tipper, the product feed onto a conveyor belt or machine can be precisely dosed. There is no drop height.

The box is placed in the tipper and pushed against a belt above the box. The box is tilted completely using the belt.

To dispense, the box is gradually pushed upwards along the belt.

The product rolls or slides out of the top of the box.

When the box has been pushed fully up, it is empty and automatically lowers to make room for the next box.

Tipper with Box Outlet

To facilitate the changing of boxes, the empty box is automatically transported to the side via a roller conveyor with this tipper. The tipper is then immediately free for the next full box. The feed can also be controlled automatically, whereby a full box can be prepared in anticipation of the emptied box.

Above is an example of the tipper with side outlet to which a small dosing hopper is coupled. Perfect for a compact setup.

This variant is of course also available in the standard version without side discharge. All our machines are also available in a stainless steel version.
